Andy says what he loves most about his new Perry Home in Deerbrooke are the extra “little things” that go above and beyond what he and Marissa expected.
For example, Andy loves his back porch and huge patio. He also appreciates their home’s high ceilings and abundant natural light. Andy says, “We would have regretted going with anyone but Perry Homes. When we compared them to other homes, we felt the others just fell short.”
What the Hovinghs love about Deerbrooke
Marissa says she loves Deerbrooke for its Hill Country surroundings, as well as its proximity to excellent restaurants and grocery shopping. She’s also thrilled that their children will attend schools in the excellent Leander ISD. She mentions that the high school is less than 2 miles from Deerbrooke, and a new middle school is being built nearby as well.
Andy says he appreciates being away from the city, yet having easy access to the expressway to get downtown quickly when needed.
Attention to detail
